PRE-ORDER SERVICES

Beginning with an Initial metal building system consultation, we listen to and learn what our customer’s wants and needs are in a new, or existing, metal building.
We provide options that meet those needs.
Norther Building Supply Company utilizes this information to provide a detailed price estimate for the metal building package and/or accessories.

ORDERING

Review the building options available and those chosen with the Owner.
Choosing panels, trims and finish colors from the NCI Group division best suited for the customer.
Detailing the building order and reviewing each detail with the customer and each supplier.

FABRICATION & DELIVERY

Coordinating fabrication and delivery of the building materials to the job site.
Coordinating with the owner and erector on material inventory at delivery.
Providing detailed erection drawings and bill of materials for each order.

POST DELIVERY

Coordinating with the Owner and erector to insure the building inventory and fabrication is correct throughout the erection process.
Providing representation to the manufacturer and/or suppliers for inventory and fabrication issues.
Final walk through with the owner/erector.
Providing and servicing warranties from manufacturers and suppliers.
